The ACTIA Energy Timeline
From Techniphone to ACTIA Energy, a rich industrial and human history spanning over 40 years at the Puy-Sainte-Réparade (13) site.
Creation of Techniphone, a company located in Puy-Sainte-Réparade in the Bouches-du-Rhône department (13).
Techniphone: merger of two companies, Techniphone and Cemco. It is part of the MORS group, whose primary activities were related to Transport, particularly Automotive and Railway Signaling.

On July 12, 1990, the EBIM company was founded in Manosque, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department (04).
Techniphone merges with the Mors group and becomes an establishment named Mors.
The Mors group is acquired by the Actielec Technologies holding company. The company then becomes Mors Technologies, a subsidiary of the Sodielec Télécom group.
In 2005, the Sodielec Télécom group merged with MORS Technologies and Ebim, a company based in Manosque. Part of Ebim's staff joined the Mors Technologies team in Puy Sainte Réparade to create the Sodielec Provence site establishment.
On November 1, 2008, Sodielec Provence site became ACTIA Sodielec Provence site.
