An Inspiring Event for the Energy Transition
On February 4th and 5th, 2026, ACTIA Energy had the pleasure of participating for the second consecutive year in the Forum of Professions, organized at the Port Center in Marseille, in partnership with the School of Networks for the Energy Transition.
An unmissable event to introduce young people to the professions and career opportunities in the energy and electrical networks sector.
Targeted at students in vocational and technical fields (Bac Pro MELEC, CAP electrician, BTS electrotechnics…), the forum brought together more than 300 students from 13 institutions in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.
Raise Awareness, Inform, and Inspire Vocations
Interactive Workshops and Exchanges
During these two days, ACTIA Energy teams conducted several interactive workshops, fostering exchanges with the students. The goal was to share our expertise and show that careers in electrical networks are both technical and meaningful.
These workshops enabled:
- Highlight essential technical jobs for the energy transition,
- Present professional career paths,
- Exchange directly with passionate professionals,
- Provide a realistic and motivating vision of sector opportunities,
- The discussions were particularly rich, with numerous questions about training, career prospects, and internship or apprenticeship possibilities.
A Collective Commitment to the Future of the Sector
As a committed player in the energy transition, ACTIA Energy places knowledge transfer and youth guidance at the heart of its priorities. Participation in the Electrical Networks Forum, for the second consecutive year, confirms our intention to prepare the next generation of technical professionals in the energy sector and support tomorrow’s talents.
This forum plays a key role in creating a direct link between young people and sector professionals, while introducing them to professions that are often unknown but essential to the energy transition. It also helps encourage diversity and attractiveness in technical fields, and supports vocational and technological training programs such as Bac Pro MELEC, CAP electrician, and BTS electrotechnics.
ACTIA Energy sincerely thanks the School of Networks for the Energy Transition, GIMELEC, SRER, as well as the teachers, students, and all partners for their involvement. Their commitment helps highlight the professions in electrical networks and train the future experts of the sector.
