From the initial expression of need, we design tailor-made solutions integrating mechanical and electrotechnical dimensions, right through to their production. Our multidisciplinary teams ensure design, prototyping, functional validation, and then the transition to series manufacturing. This comprehensive approach guarantees high-performance, reliable products optimized for industrialization.

Industrial Process Optimization

During the industrialization phase, we produce Industrial Validation Files (IVF), define the necessary tooling, and structure the production lines. By applying the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) approach from the design stage, we reduce manufacturing costs while ensuring performance reproducibility. Quality control tools are integrated to ensure the reliability of each step in the production process.

Production Department

ACTIA Energy specializes in the integration of complex electronic systems in challenging environments.

We assemble and integrate electronic, electrical, and mechanical subsystems, ensuring compatibility, safety, and performance.

Assembly of Embedded Solutions

Production Test Department

This service guarantees the quality, reliability, and compliance of ACTIA Energy products. Thanks to our automated test benches and rigorous procedures, we validate each product according to current standards and client specifications.

System Performance Validation

ACTIA Energy ensures the reliability and performance of its products through rigorous testing and comprehensive validation processes. Each product undergoes a series of functional and dielectric tests, performed using automated and manual test benches, to ensure its compliance with technical and safety requirements.

We perform detailed checks, adjustments, and configurations, as well as diagnostics to identify and resolve any potential anomalies.

Through these measures, we guarantee the quality of each system, ensuring that all our products function optimally before commissioning.

Engineering, Project Execution, Installation, and Commissioning Division

A comprehensive division that brings together on-site studies and project execution.

Our teams produce electrical diagrams, advise clients on technical solutions, and identify critical points upstream. On-site, they install and connect equipment in electrical substations to ensure a smooth and controlled project.

Client Support and Commissioning

We provide comprehensive assistance, on-site or remotely: installation verification, operational tests, system configuration, and user training.
