By transitioning to an all-PCCN (Digital Control Command Substation) architecture, this project aims to ensure a more modern, secure, and efficient network for the coming years.<\/p>\n<p>After the civil engineering renovation (carried out outside ACTIA Energy&#8217;s scope), ACTIA Energy teams were mobilized to ensure all control-command, digital protection, and cabling aspects, with a methodical approach guaranteeing service continuity throughout all project phases.<\/p>\n<h2>A large-scale project, structured in 4 steps<\/h2>\n<h3>1. PCCN Substation Core Setup<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Installation of the BA\/DT cabinet<\/li>\n<li>Deployment of AUTO\/SUP and CNR packages<\/li>\n<li>Fiber optic, shielded RJ45, wired backup connections<\/li>\n<li>Integration of UAs (outside ACTIA Energy&#8217;s scope) and rectifier blocks<\/li>\n<li>Commissioning of the TCFM (B6000 ITRON)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Integration of Schneider half-racks<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2025: TR 312 \u2013 cabling and installation of 8 protections<\/li>\n<li>2026: TR 311 \u2013 same services<\/li>\n<li>Installation of PNM (Digital Protections)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Connection of transformers<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>TR 312 in 2025 then TR 311 in 2026<\/li>\n<li>AR\/TR cabinets, junctions, CNT, LV connections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4.
