Standalone Touchscreen for HV Simulation

Produit ACTIA EnergySGT 9030

SGT 9030 – Standalone Touchscreen Tablet for HTB Component Simulation, real-time monitoring and SF6 threshold testing. It interfaces directly with SCUs via digital I/O and integrates with IEC 61850 architectures. Versatile and robust, it adapts to R#SPACE and ELECTRE platforms and facilitates the validation of HV substations.

SGT 9030 – Standalone Touchscreen Tablet for HV Simulation

The SGT 9030 – Smart Grid Touch is a standalone touchscreen tablet designed to simulate the main components of the HV network: circuit breakers (CB), diverter switches (DS), line switches (LS) and earthing switches (ES). Thanks to its intuitive graphical interface, it enables real-time supervision of operations, testing of SF6 thresholds, management of marking and locking of SA, ST and TT (Voltage Transformers) signalling and locking, as well as complete management of non-complementarities (00/11) on all components.

This simulator covers all 63 kV to 400 kV HV topologies, in single or double busbar configurations, and manages realistic operating scenarios. It interfaces directly with SCUs (Switchgear Control Units) via digital I/O in an IEC 61850 (process level) environment.

The SGT 9030 communicates via three I/O cards (48 ports in total), with fully configurable control: timing, interlocks, internal faults, PVH triggering, etc. , interlocks, internal faults, PVH triggering, etc. It is equipped with Phoenix Contact terminal blocks, powered by 48 V or 127 V DC, and can be integrated into R#SPACE, ELECTRE bearing cabinets.

Versatile, robust and scalable, it is designed for test platforms, field technicians, HV network maintenance services, demonstration benches and training centres.

Its software architecture, developed under PyQt5, allows for advanced customisation via JSON files to adapt the tool to all test environments.
